Gregory G. Allen, Managing Director, has spent the last 20 years working in some capacity of theatre. He moved to New York from Texas to study at the American Musical & Dramatic Academy and has an extensive background in musical theater, children’s theater and professional theater having worked as an actor in New York on stage and television, regional theater and tours. As a director and producer, his productions have won numerous awards and critical accolades through the years.

Allen understands the business side of “show business” having spent over 13 years in management at a Big Five Financial Services Firm in NYC. He is the Artistic Director of the 4th Wall Musical Theatre, a member of the Dramatist Guild, ASCAP, The Theatre Communications Group, a former member of the BMI Musical Theater Workshop, and currently serves on the Bloomfield Cultural Arts Commission.

Allen is an award-winning musical theatre writer (Peter Filichia's Straw Hat Award for Best Score in 1995 for River Divine); and has had over ten original musicals produced for which he has worked as a librettist and/or composer/lyricist. He is currently working on a dramatic play entitled It is Well With My Soul.

Traci Ford, Assistant to the Managing Director, is an alumni of Bloomfield College, where she majored in Media Studies/Communications and minored in English Literature. While attending Bloomfield College, as a single parent Traci worked full-time. Traci was on the High Honors list and a member of the National Honors Society. As a graduate, Traci was listed in the Who’s Who of College Students in America. Traci is an avid reader and film-goer. She writes poetry and is working on a novel, graphic novel and screenplay. Traci lives with her son, Jason, and their pets: Shakira and Raphaella (two ferrets) and Akasha (a ball python).

Nicholas Von Hagel, Theatre Operations Manager, graduated Cumladi with a BA in Techinical Theatre and has put that degree to good use as the technical director at King's College in PA where he first served as a student tech while attending college. He has also worked with the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, 12 Miles West Theatre Company, 4th Wall Musical Theatre, and numerous community theatre companies doing everything from sound and light design to Assistant Stage Manager duties and carpentry work.
