CLEARANCE FOR SPRING 2008 AND WINTER WEEKEND CLASSES
STUDENTS MUST CLEAR THEIR BILLS ON OR BEFORE THE FRIDAY, 1/11/08 TO AVOID THE $50 LATE FEE
To be cleared for classes, a student must have:
- Paid their balance in full
- Signed a deferral form if 100% covered by financial aid
- Signed a payment plan form if not 100% covered by financial aid, or if no aid will be received
- Provided a company letter indicating tuition will be paid and signing a deferral form
PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS:
Spring 2008: January 16 – May 10:
Total balance due can be paid in three payments: Jan 10th, Feb 10th, Mar 10th
Winter Weekend 2008: January 16 – May 10

Students are encouraged to clear their bills early. Clearing early gives the student an opportunity to begin a payment plan a month before classes begin in order to spread payments over a longer period of time.
Payments can be made in person at the Bursar’s Office, by mail, by telephone with credit card or by credit card on Web Advisor. Payment plans and deferral forms can be faxed to students upon request.
