Bloomfield College's Creative Arts & Technology (CAT) Division has been incorporating game development into it's Multimedia major since 1998, and developed the certificate and BA programs in Game Development in 2003-2004. It draws upon CAT's 16 years of experience in the arts to deliver a complete industry experience utilizing music, graphics, animation, and video to build a program capable of providing the educational experience necessary to create good game developers.
