The Personal Counseling Office is available for all
members of the college community. However, some people may be interested in finding more
information or may want to seek other, less formal means of assistance. For those who are
interested in exploring some of the self-help resources that are accessible on the
internet, we would like to provide a number of sources we have found to be
thought-provoking and informative. The following sites are interactive. You can ask a
question and receive a response. If you would prefer written information on a large
variety of topics of concern to college students click here.
