STUDENT LOAN PROCEDURES
Please be aware that the Federal Plus Loan will not be processed until the Financial Aid Office receives a copy of your Loan Request Form.

What determines your Borrower status?

A First-Time Borrower is a parent who has never requested a Federal Plus Loan while attending Bloomfield College.

First-Time Borrowers,

1. Must complete the Plus Loan request form.
2. Must Complete and sign the Master Promissory Note (MPN).

Remember to print and submit the Loan Request Form to the Financial Aid Office, by visiting the Financial Aid office on the second floor of Knox Hall or mailing the form to the Financial Aid office at 467 Franklin Street, Bloomfield NJ, 07003 or Faxing the form to the Financial Aid office at 973-748-9735.     Plus Request Form (Print complete and submit)

    Master Promissory Note (MPN)

Parent Loan Plus Pre Screen:
The Plus loan program is based on credit history; we are asking that you complete a Federal Plus Pre-screen and submit a copy of the credit approval along with the Plus loan request form.

    Don't forget to turn in (by mail, fax or in person) your Loan Request form to Financial Aid.
