Dreamcatcher Repertory Theatre, the professional, non-profit theater company based at Bloomfield College's Van Fossan Theatre, held a Gala Benefit Celebration on October 2, 1999. The guest of honor was Jason Alexander, best known for his role as George on NBC's "Seinfeld." Alexander, a native of Livingston, was presented with Dreamcatcher's first annual "Home Grown" award, celebrating artists from the Garden State.
