DAVID VIVINO NAMED WOMEN’S SOCCER COACH AT BLOOMFIELD
COLLEGE
June 27, 2000, Bloomfield, NJ -- David Vivino of Wayne has been named head coach of the Bloomfield College women’s soccer team.
Vivino comes to Bloomfield College from Indian Hills High School, where he coached the freshmen boys soccer team.
Vivino earned All-State status as a forward on the Wayne Valley High School boys soccer team. He graduated from Muhlenberg College, where he led the men’s soccer team to two conference titles and an appearance in the national semifinals.
Bloomfield College was elected to provisional membership in NCAA Division II in 1998. The College offers intercollegiate athletic teams in men’s and women’s soccer and basketball, women’s softball and volleyball, and men’s baseball and cross country as part of the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference, NAIA. Students may also participate in intramural sports programs.
