COLLEGE NAMES SZAREK ASSOCIATE DEAN OF ADMISSION

July 12, 2001, Bloomfield, NJ - Michael J. Szarek of
Union recently joined Bloomfield College as Associate Dean of Admission.
He comes to Bloomfield from Centenary College in Hackettstown, where he
served as Assistant Dean of Admissions for the past three years.
Prior to that, he served as Associate Director of Financial Aid and Associate Director of Admissions for the College of Mount Saint Vincent in Riverdale, New York. |
He began his career as an Admissions Counselor with Wagner College before becoming Assistant Director of Admissions there.
From 1995 to 1996 he served as President of the New York Area Independent Colleges (NYAIC).
Szarek earned a B.A. in Communications from Adelphi University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Liberal Studies degree at Kean University.
