March 28, 2003, Bloomfield, NJ – Peter C. Syak, Bloomfield College Lecturer in Creative Arts and Technology invites the public to “Guardians and Sentinels, a showing of his raku ceramics at the Donald B. Palmer Museum of the Springfield Free Public Library, 66 Mountain Avenue, Springfield, New Jersey.
An accomplished ceramicist, Syak’s current exhibit consists of 36 new raku pieces, and will appeal to all who are interested in fine crafts.
Museum hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 10 a.m. – 9 p.m., Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., and Sunday, 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. For information and directions, call the library at 973-376-4930.
