September 9, 2003, Bloomfield, NJ -- Bloomfield College will host an open house for its Faith-Based Certificate Programs on Wednesday, September 17 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon in the Westminster Hall Art Gallery.

The Faith-Based Certificate Programs are designed to strengthen the infra-structure and build the capacities of faith-based agencies and religious non-profit organizations to deliver services and access resources.

This open house will discuss the Faith-Based courses and how they are designed for the needs of people of faith who are working and managing the daily operations of various faith-based agencies.

To earn a certificate in Faith-Based Organizational Management, a student must successfully complete 10 core courses and two electives from a course list. Courses can also be taken separately from the certificate program. Course offerings include: Budgeting for Proposals and Programs, Understanding Non-Profit Ethics, Designing Programs for Special Populations, Leadership and Management, and more.
