SICHEL JOINS BLOOMFIELD COLLEGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

December 22, 2003, Bloomfield, NJ -- The Bloomfield College Board of Trustees recently elected Leonard J. Sichel of Morristown to its ranks. He joins a group of 25 civic, business, and religious leaders who are guiding the College into the 21st century.

“It is a privilege to welcome Leonard Sichel to the Board of Trustees,” said Adrian A. Shelby, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees. “The College is certain to benefit greatly from his leadership experience and interest in helping the College fulfill its mission – to prepare students to attain academic, personal and professional excellence in a multicultural and global society.”

Leonard Sichel is President of Normandy Capital Management. Formerly, he was a consultant with The Mennen Company, where he also served as Vice Chairman and CFO, Executive Vice President and CFO, Vice President of Finance, Vice President and Controller, Corporate Controller, and International Controller. Mr. Sichel was Chairman of Madison Capital Advisors from 1993 to 1999.

Mr. Sichel is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s; serves on the Financial Oversight/Investment, and Audit Committees of Atlantic Health Systems; is National Treasurer and President of the NJ Chapter of the Financial Executives Institute; director with Integrated Communications and the Marietta Corporation; and is Vice Chairman and a member of the Executive Committee of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Sichel is also Treasurer and trustee of the Morristown Memorial Hospital; a member of the New Jersey Society of CPA’s; treasurer of the Picatinny Innovation Center; member of the Rutgers Alumni Association; and serves on the Ethics Committee of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Mr. Sichel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University, and a CPA Certificate from the State of New Jersey.
