Applying for On Campus Housing

All Students interested in living on campus must have full-time student status (3 course units = 12 credits). With the exception of first semester students, admittance to residence facilities will be base on academic performance, good citizenship, and the discretion of the Director of Residential Education and Housing (first year/transfer students will complete a form provided by the Admissions Office an submit a $50.00 refundable room deposit). First year students that complete the appropriate form and remit the $50.00 refundable housing deposit are not guaranteed residence on campus. Housing assignments are prioritized by commuting distance to and from the College. Second semester first-year students, and all sophomores, juniors and seniors must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 to reside on campus. Individuals interested in living in Small Living & Learning Community must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.3 and provide a written essay with application.

Residence Board Plan

All resident students are automatically enrolled in the Residence Board Plan. Resident students are required to participate in one of the following meal plans: The Standard Meal Plan with 19 meals per week, the Standard Plus Meal Plan with 19 means plus $150.00 Flex Dollars per semester for use in the Food Court. Sophomores, junior and seniors may take advantage of the Premium Flex Plan with 14 meals per week plus $75.00 Flex Dollars per semester for use in the Food Court, or the Premium Plus Flex Plan with 14 meals per week plus $225.00 Flex Dollar per semester for use in the Food Court. Board program rates vary according to meal plan selection.
All students participating in the board plan will require a validation sticker to be affixed on their student ID card. The student ID must be presented when entering the cafeteria located in Schweitzer Hall.

Residence Mail

All resident students will be assigned a mailbox. The mailboxes are located in the College Center.
