Residential Education and Housing Development Program: (RLDP)

The Residential Education and Housing Council consists of representatives from each living unit who are interested in creating, developing, and planning activities for resident students. The RLC works directly with the Residence Life Office to influence changes in policies and procedures of the Residential Education and Housing Program.

First-Year Development Program: (FDP)

As a component of the First Year Experience Program, the FDP is designed to help first-year college students adjust to the responsibilities of membership in a living and learning community.

The Upper-Classmen Development Program: (UDP)

The program is designed to assist upper class resident students (sophomores, juniors & seniors) in their academic, social, professional and personal development.

Positive Academic Student Support Program: (PASSP)

The program provides support services that help to encourage strong study habits and develop a solid commitment to maintaining high academic standards by participating in workshops/activities introducing strategies to enhance the college learning experience.

Male Empowerment Network: (M.E.N.)

Provides academic, social, professional and personal development programs and workshops for males.

Resident Advisor Leadership Program: (RALP)

The Resident Advisors are student members of the Residence Life staff selected on the merit of leadership qualities. The RALP is a comprehensive on-going training program for RAs focusing on diversity education, self-empowerment, understanding dysfunctional behavior and professional ethics.
