Developing a loving, supportive, playing community

Trip to the United Nations!

A group of Bloomfield College students recently journeyed to
the United Nations for a private tour and a day-long seminar on gender justice.
Our group had the privilege of meeting with representatives of UNICEF,
the NGO Committee on the Status of Women, the NGO Committee on Social Development,
the United Nations Division for the Advancement of Women,
and the UN Department of Economic and Social Affiars.

A special word of thanks goes out to the Presbyterian Office at the UN
for setting up our special day!

The Religious Life program of Bloomfield College seeks to create a campus community
that encourages and respects diversity: racial diversity, cultural diversity, AND religious diversity.
Opportunities for fellowship sponsored by the Religious Life program are open to all members
of the Bloomfield College community, including students, faculty, administration and staff.
Adherents of any faith (or of no faith) are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Be on the lookout for trips, retreats, and informal opportunities to meet and mingle,
and get to know one another a little better!
